Shipping to Worldwide:
For local customer, we will offer store pick up or SF Express service. We offer worldwide delivery on all products without a minimum purchase required and will be shipped by Hong Kong Post regular air mail service. All products will be dispatched within 24 hours once the payment has been confirmed. We accept visa/credit card via PayPal or PayPal account.
Delivery usually takes about 1-2 days for local SF express service and 7-14 working days for worldwide from date of posting. Worldwide Customers can also paid an order by speed post service, which normally takes about 3 days from date of posting and appropriate fees will be charged. The postage may takes longer if circumstances beyond our control. Some countries may require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customer value of your shipment and these costs are your responsibility.
We make every effort to keep a good stock of all our items in our sites. Occasionally, certain demand items may temporary out of stocks and are expected to restock within a few days. We might hold the order for a few days and an email will send to you regarding such issue. You can cancel those items by notifying us through email and a full payment will be refunded.
Returns:
We offer a full credit return policy for products bought directly from zoemall.com as long as 14 days of purchase. Note that we can only replace defective products and will not be liable for purchase of wrong products. Please submit your returns request with your details and return reason to Customer Service - Contact us before sending your return. All returned products must be in their original packaging including manuals, accessories etc. After receiving your return products, we will send you a mail to confirm and refund money to you within a month.
